Columbia Insurance is proud to celebrate the 2026 recipients of the D. Arlo McNary Living Memorial Scholarship―Haley Womack of Fulton, Missouri, and Auggie Boyt of Rocheport, Missouri―as they start the 2026-27 academic year.

Haley is the daughter of Dana Womack, a Columbia Insurance IT quality assurance automation engineer, and Ryan Womack. She graduated from Helias Catholic High School in Jefferson City and is starting her first semester at State Fair Community College, where she will pursue an associate of applied science degree in dental hygiene.

Auggie is the son of Jason Boyt, a Columbia IT business analyst, and Jennifer Boyt. He is returning to State Technical College of Missouri, where he studies nuclear technology. He plans to graduate in 2027 and continue his education in nuclear engineering or chemistry at the University of Missouri.

Columbia Insurance established the scholarship to honor the retirement of Arlo McNary (1934-2016), who served as the company’s president from 1983 to 1999.

The scholarship is a $1,000 merit-based award that recognizes academic performance, leadership, activities, work experience, career and educational aspirations, as well as feedback from school officials.
